The Malaysian Visa Application Centre in New Delhi, will resume visa operations from Monday, 01st November 2021, accepting single entry visa applications (SEV) with latest guidelines by the Government of Malaysia.
No other categories are being accepted until further notice. The Centre will operate from 10 AM to 1 PM.

Courier return of passports made mandatory for Malaysia visa customers

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and keeping in mind the health and safety of our customers and employees, the courier service for return of passports to customers has been made mandatory. Malaysia visa customers no longer need to visit the Visa Application Centre to pick up their passport once it is ready for collection – the passport will be couriered to their location of choice (serviceable by our courier partner, Blue Dart). Customers have to pay the mandatory courier fee of INR 500 per customer in cash only.

The courier service has been made mandatory for a temporary period to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus and reduce the footfall at the Visa Application Centre. It is expected to be in place until the risk perception of COVID-19 is significantly reduced.
We will post an update on this page when the courier service is made optional again. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

2 December 2021

In light of the latest Govt of Maharashtra order, all customers need to be fully vaccinated in order to be permitted entry into our Visa Application centre in Maharashtra. You need to provide proof of vaccination at the entry of our office by;

– A physical COWIN Certificate, – Confirmation via Arogya Setu app – Providing a universal ID as issued by Govt Of Maharashtra. – Partially or unvaccinated customers will require to take a fresh appointment.

We request your cooperation on the above policy adherence to ensure we are able to provide a safe environment to our customers.

The courier service for return of passports to customers has been made mandatory for The Malaysian Visa Application Centre in CHENNAI. Malaysia visa customers no longer need to visit the Visa Application Centre to pick up their passport once it is ready for collection – the passport will be couriered to their location of choice (serviceable by our courier partner, Blue Dart). Customers have to pay the mandatory courier fee of INR 500 per customer in cash only.

The courier service has been made mandatory for a temporary period to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus and reduce the footfall at the Visa Application Centre. Please be informed that our Official Malaysia Visa Application Centre (Malaysia VAC) – Chennai will be closed for operations between 24th May 2021 till 31st May 2021 with due respect to the GO passed by Tamil Nadu Government.
